Darth Vader Apron: I am Your Grill Master

Darth Vader Apron: I am Your Grill Master
I freely admit that I am a bit of a slob when it comes to cooking. I guarantee that no matter if I am grilling or cooking in the house, the food will taste good, but I will trash the place.

WeDangle: Clothes with a Built-in Swing

WeDangle: Clothes with a Built-in Swing
Sometimes you just want to swing from a tree . When that urge gets to be too much, you have to find a tire and rope. But what if you had a swing built into your clothes?

Boba Fett Backpack Has No Jets

Boba Fett Backpack Has No Jets
This cool Boba Fett backpack will let you carry your books, tablet, and all the rest of your stuff in style. Others will think that you have some thermal detonators, spare bits of armor and a large bounty inside. This Star Wars Boba Fett backpack has a hard shell, like Boba Fett himself, which makes it look like you are wearing his actual oversized helmet on your back.

Jewelbots Wearables Want to Teach Girls to Code

Jewelbots Wearables Want to Teach Girls to Code
With a ten-year-old girl in my house, we have friendship bracelets everywhere. The cat gets them and annoys the crap out of me by batting them around the house at 1am. They get sucked up in the vacuum resulting in the need for vacuum surgery.

Adventure Time BMO Hoodie: Red Hot Like Pizza Supper

Adventure Time BMO Hoodie: Red Hot Like Pizza Supper
I don’t know about you, but BMO is easily one of my favorite Adventure Time characters. Who doesn’t love a handheld gaming unit that somehow has consciousness and survived in a post-apocalyptic world? Now you can look like BMO himself thanks to this awesome hoodie.

Star Trek TNG Aprons: Boldly Keep Your Clothes Clean

Star Trek TNG Aprons: Boldly Keep Your Clothes Clean
On the Enterprise, no one has to worry about getting their clothes dirty when cooking because the replicator does everything for them. Here in the real world we have to cook our own grub. If you are a messy cook like me, you need an apron.

R2-D2 Purse Hides Your Rebel Candy Booty

R2-D2 Purse Hides Your Rebel Candy Booty
Growing up, when we went to the movies, my mom always smuggled in candy and drinks because she was too cheap to buy them at the theater. That means she had a special big purse that was only used for beach vacations or the movies.

Bugs Bugging You? Wear a Net!

Bugs Bugging You? Wear a Net!
The rain came, and the bugs followed. If you find yourself spending the bulk of your evenings hunting for the elusive bug that just bit you on the kisser, then you might want to consider donning the Netsmen instead. The Netsmen is basically a wearable mosquito net that covers you from top to bottom.

WikiLeaks Cosplay: Lady Justice 2.0

WikiLeaks Cosplay: Lady Justice 2.0
DeviantArt member Ellen Grace aka nomoretribbles used to cosplay as a hobby, making and wearing costumes based on anime such as Code Geass and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed. She stopped in 2008, but she was inspired to make one more costume by the divisive media organization WikiLeaks. Ellen’s costume is an updated take on the Roman goddess of justice, incorporating both WikiLeaks’ logo and the organization’s methods of information distribution and acquisition. I got in touch with Ellen through a DeviantArt representative.

Star Wars Rancor Shows up at Comic-Con

Star Wars Rancor Shows up at Comic-Con
San Diego Comic-Con was the place to be this year as it is every year. But this time, there was a little something extra for fans of giant monsters. Tested enlisted the help of movie effects artist Frank Ippolito to create a scary real-life version of the Rancor beast from Return of the Jedi. In the video clip below, Tested editor Norman Chan goes over the impressive 3-1/2 week build process that Ippolito and his team went through to make the Rancor a reality. Frank has also created realistic costumes portraying Admiral Ackbar, Zoidberg, and Professor Farnsworth.

Darth Vader and R2-D2 Thigh High Tights
There are a lot of cool tights out there for the ladies, but these Darth Vader and R2-D2 tights look pretty amazing. The Force will be with your legs. Always. Turn your knees into an evil Sith Lord or a faithful droid.

Boldly Go Outside This Fall in a Star Trek TNG Cardigan Sweater

Boldly Go Outside This Fall in a Star Trek TNG Cardigan Sweater
I grew up being forced to watch Mr. Rogers Neighborhood on the TV. I always found the show creepy and never liked to watch it. I think if Q suddenly turned up and whisked Picard away to a creepy kid’s show where you are forced to change shoes in the house and wear cardigans, this would be the sweater the Captain would wear. This Star Trek TNG Unisex cardigan comes in sciences blue, command gold, or operations red.

Wearable Mega Man Helmet: Armor Upgrade

Wearable Mega Man Helmet: Armor Upgrade
Thanks to Capcom you won’t have to sneak into Storm Eagle’s stage to upgrade your headgear. Its upcoming life-size Mega Man helmet is made of ABS plastic, has light up parts and has a “unique clamshell hinge” that lets the front and back halves split open to make the helmet easier to wear. The helmet will be available for a limited time from Capcom’s online store.

Rocket Raccoon Backpack: Ain’t No Thing Like Me, Except Me (and This Bag)

Rocket Raccoon Backpack: Ain’t No Thing Like Me, Except Me (and This Bag)
I am a huge fan of Guardians of the Galaxy. Like many of you, Rocket Raccoon and Groot were my two favorite characters. This Rocket Raccoon Backpack Buddy will let you carry the genetically modified mammal on your back.

Yoda Silk Tie: Dress for Success You Will

Yoda Silk Tie: Dress for Success You Will
I remain ever grateful that I don’t have a job that requires me to wear ties. I only wear them when I absolutely have to and even then, I ditch the tie as soon as possible.
