Back to the Future II showed us so many cool and futuristic inventions, but one of the coolest were the sneakers that automatically laced themselves. The problem is that even though Nike is finally producing them for real, they cost over $700 a pair – if you can even find them.

The Backyard Scientist is back and his latest project involves a killer knife that will slice through anything because it is traveling on a track at 150 MPH. Pretty scary, but also pretty awesome. The idea was to recreate his favorite Mythbusters’ experiment where they sliced a car (and a boat) in half with a rocket sled.

Have you ever ridden a skateboard made from toilet paper? It’s the sh*t! Lauri and Anni Vuohensilta, the fine folks behind the Hydraulic Press Channel have published a video on one of their other YouTube channels showing their hydraulic press smashing rolls of toilet paper into a hard, long board.

When I was a kid, I had to fold my own paper airplanes with my own two hands. You kids have it easy with your fancy paper plane folding machine guns. All you have to do is stick 200 sheets of A5 paper into the back of this weapon, and instead of firing bullets when you pull the trigger, it will unleash a barrage of up to 120 paper airplanes every minute.

Blizzard has yet another hit with Overwatch, and fans have been creating all kinds of cool art based on the game. One of the coolest so far is this desktop computer that looks like Bastion, one of the most popular characters from the game.
