Midway and Cartoon Network have revealed that they’re working on a new game based on the popular Adult Swim cartoon, Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The game, titled Aqua Teen Hunger Force Zombie Ninja Pro-Am, will be an action-adventure game featuring “combat golf” (whatever that means,) cart racing among other things.

This clip from a live performance of music from Nintendo games reveals a little known fact. The highly recognizable theme song for Super Mario Brothers actually has lyrics. The song is actually titled “Go Go Mario” and the lyrics are in Japanese.

This electronic kit from Japan looks like a traditional music box from the outside, but when you open up the cover, it reveals an array of electronics that play music read from specially encoded music sheets.

These minimal LED lights are designed to act like a real candle by flickering in the wind, and automatically turning off when you blow on them. The clever design even includes a giant “matchstick” which turns the candle on when struck against the side of the tubular silicon fixture.

This USB robot web cam bears more than a passing resemblance to Honda’s famous little humanoid robot, Asimo. Unlike Asimo, however, the USB Robot Cam has white LED eyes and red LED ears that illuminate when the lights go down.

Japanese toy and electronics maker TakaraTomy is now offering this set of crazy USB gadgets that will make your desktop look like some sort of top secret military base. Start off with the Big Red Emergency Button (¥3990/$34 USD), which looks pretty ominous, but merely shuts down your Windows PC.

I came across this little animation over on bits bytes pixels & sprites, and it made me just laugh and laugh… If Tom Cruise only was driving in his Lexus 2054, maybe he’d catch up.

Ever wanted to know what the guy who voices Nintendo’s Mario looked like? This short video features the man himself, Charles Martinet as he provides his unique vocal stylings for the little Italian plumber that built an empire.

The guys over at Destructoid dug up this $10 beauty. It’s a cheap gaming system which looks NOTHING like Sony’s PlayStation 3, but has the audacity to package itself as a “SONY PS3.” The system actually appears to be one of those shoddy “Famiclone” systems designed to play old games from the Nintendo Entertainment System (aka “Famicom” in Japan.)

Some sick individual strapped their buddy to a seat at the end of a FANUC industrial robot’s arm and then ran him through the spin cycle. They captured all of the fun and festivities in this video clip: I wouldn’t want to be the one sitting in that chair.

While I’m not certain what the connection is between the Fab Four and Nintendo’s latest game console, I do find this T-shirt design quite amusing anyway. The Let it Bii shirt is 20 bucks from Nerdy Shirts features Nintendo “Mii” avatars designed to look like John, Paul, Ringo and George.

If you thought the technology in the 2002 flick, Minority Report was impressive, you can now own one of the very cool futuristic cars that Tom Cruise drove in that film. One of the three custom-built Lexus 2054 concept cars made for the Cameron Crowe film will be put up for auction next month.

Designer Ross McBride has created these whimsical stools which are modeled after the keys on your computer keyboard. Command Sit stackable plastic stools look perfect for a dorm room or other playful space. The giant key seats provide one simple and succinct command, “sit.”

Some guy who was frustrated with his broken LCD monitor decided to take out his frustrations on the poor thing using a BB gun. Now it goes without saying that you probably shouldn’t try this at home.

I know this might seem a bit dated, but I just found this and thought it was too funny to ignore. This t-shirt speaks for itself, simply stating “This is how I roll.” alongside a graphic of the funky Japanese games’ protagonist pushing a big old Katamari.
