When travel agencies put together tours for you, they don’t consider the geek factor of a certain landmark or place. They just consider the appeal it has to the rest of the population – and sometimes, that’s just not what you were looking for.
In my native language, “manga” (pronounced mang-ga) translates to “mango.” So whenever I’d hear someone say that they loved reading manga, I’d be puzzled because, really, who reads fruit? I finally figured out what manga was when I was in high school after much embarrassment and after living in sheer ignorance for so long.
Parents worry a lot when their kids spend a lot of time on Facebook. There are online predators, scammers, and people who might be just out to hurt your kids.
Granted, these kind of people aren’t just on Facebook; they’re actually all over the web.
In this day and age, people aren’t just being judged by who they are or what they’re really like in real life anymore. They’re also being judged by the number of friends or followers they have on Facebook and Twitter and the kind of reputation they have on these networks.
How much is a single picture worth? 1000 words? 100 dollars? If you think your picture is more valuable than any other image on the planet, then you might want to head on over to The Most Expensive Picture (TMEP) to make it official.
You might have noticed that there have been an increasing number of attacks on company servers and databases in recent times. Some groups hack for the fun of it all, although I don’t really see where the fun in causing such damage is, though.
When you train your dog, you employ a rewards system to reinforce good behavior, while trying to get rid of the bad ones. Parents raise their children in a similar manner, and many businesses employ the same approach in trying to keep their customers coming back.

Most adults these days have wisened up and refrain from clicking on banner ads that claim “You just one a prize!” or “You just won the 10,000,000th user award!” That means virus writers have to think of other measures to propagate their viruses and malware, and it seems that they’ve decided to go with the realm of free, online games targeted towards kids.
Some families contact Facebook to have the accounts of their loved ones closed when they pass away. Others just leave them be so contacts can leave comments remembering the life they led and the impact they made on the lives of others.
To be honest, I no longer use Facebook enough to see any bugs. I basically check in and check out, within 10 or 15 minutes or so each time and never leave an open tab. That being said, just like any website, Facebook has got some bugs.
A lot of people are addicted to social networking these days. They log on to their Facebook profiles on their office computers, go home and network some more on their laptops, and check their profiles one last time before going to bed on their tablets or smartphones.
Here in Texas, it is rare to get snow, so when winter rolls around all we can do is throw handfuls of that foaming hand soap around and pretend its cold. We can go years without seeing any sort of snow around here and if you live in a similarly warm climate, you might want to check out the new Google Easter Egg which turned up this week.
I love milk. My mom would always tell me that I used to drink milk (the chocolate flavored ones, to be specific) as if it were water. I love strawberry milk, melon milk, milk tea, vanilla milkshakes, and a whole lot of other stuff where milk is one of the main ingredients.
