Kids love to draw and paint on things. Sometimes they make a mess of your walls, tables and floors, but one place that’s just fine for childhood creativity is the sidewalk – assuming they use chalk for their artwork, not spray paint.
Like most gamers that grew up in the 80s, I’m a big fan of Super Mario Bros. This is one of the most iconic games from my youth, right up there along with Pac-Man. In tribute to Mario, an artist named Chris Carlson has created a truly epic piece of 3D chalk artwork.
I remember having to sit in the third or fourth row in class back when I was in elementary school because I was allergic to chalk dust. I only discovered that sad fact after going home with bloated eyes and a runny nose one day after my teacher tasked me to clean up the blackboard erasers.
