If there’s one thing most of us can use more of these days, it’s USB ports. After all, just about every rechargeable device made ends up connecting to a USB-powered charger. Chances are, you’ve got one or two USB chargers plugged into your outlet and that’s all you’ve got room for.

These days, we use our mobile gadgets so much that we invariably need to carry a battery pack just to make sure we don’t run out of juice halfway through the day. There are thousands upon thousands of battery packs on the market, so how do you know which one to buy?
