Do you love BB-8? Then you’ll love this desk fan that looks just like the adorable little droid. He’s still got his wobbly little head, but his body has been replaced with an orange-bladed fan. The rotund droid plugs into any spare USB port for power, and possibly to steal the plans for the Death Star if you’re keeping those on your laptop.

While attending WonderCon 2017 in Anaheim, Norman Chan of Tested talked with Mike Senna and Michael McMaster about their custom built Mouse Droids. In case you don’t remember, Mouse Droids are known for roaming the halls of the Death Star and other Imperial buildings, and are pretty adorable as far as speedy little droids go.

I really like pizza, and we bake it frequently around my house. If you like to make pizza too, you need a good pizza cutter. Sure you could go down to Walmart and get a plain pizza wheel for a few bucks, but why get a crappy one when you can get a Star Wars one?

Since 1977 we have had a crap-ton of Star Wars toys, but there was one that has always been neglected – the Imperial Mouse Droid. This cool toy is so long overdue. You know the one.

I always imagined that R2-D2 was one of those happy morning people that folks who have a hard time getting up and going each morning would hate. I see R2 beeping his way up and down the halls waking everyone.

I like Star Wars, and I like tasty breakfast treats, so the BB-8 Waffle Maker sounds like the perfect product to me. It’s just like other waffle makers, only instead of being round with little cubbies to hold syrup, this one makes waffles that look like BB-8 from The Force Awakens.

Disney’s plans for Star Wars extend much further than just milking the property for all it’s worth in movie theaters. The company is also working on converting parts of Disneyland and Walt Disney World into epic Star Wars-themed lands, and now we have word that it’s testing some of the new characters that are designed to interact with guests.

Fett2-D2 (or is it R2-Fett2?) is the perfect droid/bounty hunter mashup. He can hold Death Star plans, serve drinks, or hunt down smugglers for bounties. He already had jets. Now he has another. This droid would be the ultimate bad guy.

If you don’t find this little girl to be the cutest cosplay you have ever seen, you are clearly a hard hearted, sinister, evil SOB. This is one of the most glorious BB-8 costumes I have seen.

We’ve seen a couple of cool LEGO BB-8 models, but this LEGO Ideas proposal by Mark “mjsmiley” Smiley and James “artbot138” Garrett is significant because it can actually roll while its head stays upright, all using commercially available LEGO parts.

Hackster member Minimum Effective Dose made a pair of helmets that makes it seem like the wearer both speaks and understands droidspeak. Each helmet emits bleeps and bloops as you speak, and you can understand what the wearer is saying only if you have the other helmet on.

The next time you have a party, bring out the bacon dip in the form of an R2 unit. You might call this one a gastromech droid. This creamy hors d’oeuvre is made with garlic, bacon and avocado, and looks delicious.

Well now I’m sad that I used the lighter pun on the tiny LEGO BB-8. LEGO certified builders Bright Bricks built this awesome life-size model of BB-8 for the UK premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

It took a really long time before R2-D2 got an accurate LEGO model. I wouldn’t be surprised if BB-8 gets fast tracked, but until then you might want to inspect this model made by Redditor hendrikdejager.

Growing up, when we went to the movies, my mom always smuggled in candy and drinks because she was too cheap to buy them at the theater. That means she had a special big purse that was only used for beach vacations or the movies.

Christian Poulsen liked the BB-8 droid from Star Wars: The Force Awakens so much that he decided to make his own. He actually made the droid you see here in less than a day, which is why the surfacing and paint is not perfect.
