We’ve featured Nintendo systems with wooden components before, but this NES is entirely made out of wood, with the exception of the strings used for the cables:
It seems that the console – along with a wooden TV – was made for an exhibit.
If you like toys that can put an eye out and singe the butt hairs of the neighbor’s dog as it tries to drop a load in your yard, you probably remember that Wicked Lasers Spyder III laser I talked about a few weeks ago.
eBay seller/Halo fan/Brute arms manufacturer smick6 is selling this nicely done replica of a Spike Grenade. It’s spiky.
smick6 used PVC, smooth-on urethane, aluminum and faux leather to make the prop. It’s 38″ long, the longest blades are 19″ end to end, and the whole thing measures 4.5
Holy crap. If you’re a Transformers fan with deep pockets, you’d better get out your credit card and get your ass over to eBay and bid on this bad boy now.
Created by custom figure builder uuser, this awesomely awesome 18 inch-tall custom Omega Supreme figure is so intricately detailed, I might just weep.
A Nintendo 64DD along with all the games that have ever been made for it –all nine of ’em! – are up for grabs on eBay. For those too young to remember, the Nintendo 64DD was an add-on console to the Nintendo 64.
…although that’s just a minor setback since none of Nintendo’s consoles support HD yet anyway.
As you’ve probably guessed, the front half of the table is for the TV. Behind it on the upper left is the slot for the console – NES or SNES?
No, this strange looking contraption isn’t one of those Clooney’s sex chairs from Burn After Reading. It’s actually an obscure video game controller for the old 16-bit Sega Genesis or Megadrive. And thanks to the miracle of eBay, it can now be yours.
The entire chair is mounted on top of a joystick, so as you tilt the chair, you’re actually controlling the game.
This cool portable luggable Nintendo Wii mod can now be yours – assuming you win the auction.
The DIY Wii portable features a built-in 7-inch 16:9 LCD screen, and an integrated GameCube style controller. The modder who built it also installed the Wii sensor bar into the case of the system.
eBay seller fugayzie is selling this neat set of custom-made Donkey Kong action figures, complete with the iconic red steel bar and barrels. As you can see, fugayzie went for a realistic version of these classic video game characters.
I am not big on saving things. Typically, once I get tired of something or bored with it I throw it away or give it away. For years, I carried my Atari 2600 from my youth with me each time I moved, even though I never played it.
Have you beaten Mega Man 10 yet? Celebrate that special day (or night, or late night, or early morning) by getting yourself a mint condition poster of the game, featuring painfully retro art. Seller teammastermarc says that the poster was originally distributed at the Nintendo World store and will never be made again.
If you’re a big Super Mario Bros. fan, you might want to get your little gold coins out and head on over to eBay for a chance to get your hands on these unusual Mario collectibles from Japan.
Each of these four SMB vinyl records is loaded up with some catchy Japanese Mario-inspired music.
In a ridiculous attempt to cash in on fanboyism, eBay seller heylookitskibbe tried to auction off a piece of the spiral glass staircase from the Apple store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. One glass stair. Check that: one cracked glass stair.
