What do you do when you procrastinate? Look at cat pictures and GIFs on the web? Really? Why, me too! It seems like a lot of us do nothing but scour the internet for the latest feline-related funnies, so it isn’t really surprising that something like Procatinator actually exists.

People are naturally fascinated with royalty. Case in point? All the attention Prince William and Kate got when they had a baby. This fascination extends beyond reality, as artwork and spoofs are often created with Disney’s Princesses as their muses.

Tired of princess and puppy dog costumes? Why not dress up your baby in some scary threads this Halloween? Sure, it’s still more than a month away, but it’s better to have a costume all prepared than rush around and buy a really crappy one when you realize that you didn’t have time to make one yourself after all.

Think you have an infatuation with food?  Well, as always, you’ve been one-upped.  Carl Warner, artist and designer, is more of a foodie than you will ever be. He has used his computer graphics skills in combination with his physical “playing-with-food” abilities in order to construct some of the most marvelous landscapes that this planet has ever seen: foodscapes. 

So this isn’t really called the Octopus Couch, but it might as well be because this is exactly what a couch look like… if it drew inspiration from an octopus. Designed by the Fernando and Humberto Campana, it’s actually called the Aster Papposus Sofa.

These watercolor cookies are a masterpiece in themselves. In fact, they look so pretty and artsy that it almost seems like you’re committing a crime against art if you take even one bite out of them.

Keyboards with pins sticking out of them? These are just some of the things that Italian artist Giuseppe Colarusso has transformed for his very unusual series called Improbability, where everyday objects are turned into their highly unlikely counterparts.

Toothpaste comes in a lot of kinds, colors, and flavors. There’s gel toothpaste (shouldn’t they be calling it toothgel?), toothpaste with a trio of colors, mouthwash-infused toothpaste, toothpaste with whitening beads and glittery bits, and so on and so forth.

Utility boxes are often an eyesore. They just sit there, at the sidewalks, taking up space and being a huge eyesore, especially if some rowdy teenagers decide to turn them into a canvas for their graffiti.

Imagine a world where Disney’s most-beloved princesses actually existed; a world where they would have access to the Internet and maintained a presence of various social media networks. Like Instagram, for example. That’s one thing the folks from B for Bel were musing about, which prompted them to come up with this fun gallery of Instagram posts from the Disney princesses.

Sometimes, the right accessories make a person’s outfit come alive. Other times, it’s the accessories being worn that’s actually alive, and that’s the case with Cecilia Valentine’s “Fur is Alive” series. Her pieces are composed of bulky but hollow 3D-printed pieces that look plain on their own.
