There’s a new Half-Life game out, but it’s not Half-Life 3. It’s not even made by Valve. But that doesn’t mean it won’t be a good game. Currently in development, Half-Line Miami borrows the gameplay and visuals of Hotline Miami and the characters and setting of Half-Life 2.

ThinkGeek is now selling an officially licensed plush Headcrab Hat. It sits on top of your head and doesn’t cover your face. Because that would just be silly.

LEGO opened Cuusoo to let fans pitch ideas for play sets. But if you have a 3D printer, you don’t have to wait and beg for a minifig of your favorite character. Just do what Michael “Skimbal” Curry did and make the minifigs yourself.

72Pins and artist Gabriel Leoni teamed up to give you a way to troll a Half-Life fan this Christmas. This NES cartridge has a game inside it, and it says “Half-Life 3” on its cover. But it obviously doesn’t have the actual game, or even a NES demake of it.

Half-Life is the game that put Valve on the map. The last full game in the franchise was Half-Life 2 way back in October 2007. Ever since that launch, fans have been clamoring for the next installment in the franchise – presumably called Half-Life 3.

Fans of the Half-Life series will immediately recognize the Lambda logo in this image. But this isn’t just some patch on Gordon Freeman’s uniform, no. This is a handmade work of art – a geeky stained glass masterpiece if you ask me.

Fans of Half-Life 2 know that the Gravity Gun is one of the greatest weapons in the history of video gaming. The idea of a gun that can pick up random objects like sawblades and turn them into projectiles was just brilliant.

For weeks after I played Half-Life 2, I had nightmares about rooms full of headcrabs descending on me, and me trying to fight them off by flinging circular saw blades at them with my gravity gun.

One of my favorite guns in the history of video games has to be the Gravity Gun from Half-Life 2. Perhaps my second favorite is the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device, which admittedly is more of a tool than a gun.

Fans of the Half-Life series will immediately recognize this delicacy as one of those pesky, but relatively easy to kill headcrabs. Now it might just be my shellfish allergy and fear or anaphylactic shock, but I never really had the desire to find out what a headcrab tasted like, but I might make an exception for this version.

If you’re a fan of the Half-Life games, you owe it to yourself to take the next 11 minutes and 51 seconds of your life to watch Beyond Black Mesa, an incredible fan-made film made as a tribute to the series.

This cool video was released almost two years ago, and I think that it still looks good. Actually, it looks pretty awesome! It features a bunch of guys having a lightsaber duel. This lightsaber duel was made by Brian Curtin, Mat Powell, and Matt Hall.

This little instructional illustration says it all. If you’re into little papercraft characters, you must head on over to Cubeecraft and grab these two cut-out kits of Half-Life’s Gordon Freeman, and his perfectly fitted headcrab accessory.

A regular person might look at candy cane cookie cutters and think holiday treats. A Half-Life fan, on the other hand, knows there’s a better use for that red icing: Gordon Freeman’s crowbar. A simple snip in the curl of the cane turns peppermint innocence into tools of edible destruction.
