Now that Disney has purchased Lucasfilm, you might be wondering what sort of stuff we might expect from this $4 billion marriage. While there’s word of Episode VII (and possibly VIII and IX) finally going into production, there are also some less-than-exciting possibilities – like these reimagined, Disnified versions of Star Wars characters by illustrator John Martz.

A couple of weeks back, we told you about the new Star Wars Miniland coming to LEGOLAND, but didn’t have many pictures to share. Well, the guys at Lucasfilm just gave permission to release a bunch of new photos of the LEGO creations on their way to the theme park, and they look great.

Just when I thought the Star Wars merchandising team couldn’t come up with another use for lightsabers, they came up with the latest in office supply technology – the lightsaber ballpoint pen.

If you love Star Wars as much as I do, then you’ll be pretty psyched to hear that you can now star in your own version of Star Wars! How cool is that? All you need to do is go here and follow the instructions.
