I’ve seen some pretty crazy face painting before, but it’s usually designed to replicate some sort of animal or animated character. But makeup artist Mimi Choi also likes to dabble in inanimate objects, like food for her projects.
Some would say that the transformation that takes place on your face when you apply makeup is magic, and for some people it surely is. So if you are going to work some magic, you might as well use a wizard’s wand to apply your makeup.
I think we may have seen every mashup possible at this point, but in my heart, I know I’m wrong. There is always another weird mashup product. This Missha x Minions collaboration is a collection of Minions-themed makeup.
Kay Pike is a costume designer and model. But recently she’s been taking up body painting, using it to turn herself into various geeky characters. So far she’s painted herself as Rescue, Cheetara, Thanos, a Titan from Attack on Titan and my favorite, Captain Marvel.

As a lover of art, I’m beyond impressed at these sculptures Maya Sum has carved from lipstick. As a lover of makeup, I am appalled at the thought of brand new tubes of lipstick being hacked at to create these sculptures.
I personally find Lady Gaga to be weird, but I guess embracing our differences is a big part of the image that she’s trying to project to fans and non-fans. It seems like she’s encouraging a whole range of other people, too.
My mom didn’t really introduce me to makeup; I sort of discovered it on my own in the middle of college. (Much later than most, I know.) I like experimenting with new looks sometimes, although I usually just stick with my basic routine whenever I go out because I don’t want to risk looking like a raccoon if I mess up.
Are there spies and sleuths reading our blog? Silly question. Of course there are. They monitor everything. From a nondescript white van no doubt. Listen, you didn’t hear it from me but Brando is selling flash drives that look like a lipstick.
Putting on makeup can be a real time consumer for women. In order to save time, some women have even gone to the extreme step of having their makeup tattooed on. I can see where it would be a real time-saver even if changing colors would be a big problem after a tattoo.
In a perfect world, there wouldn’t be any female gamers, but instead, just gamers. Instead, sadly, we live in this world, and someone thinks girl gamers feel the need to disguise their gear as clutch bags and makeup.
