Marvel’s been casting wide nets for its variant covers. Last month it unveiled its hip-hop themed variants, then earlier this month the manga ones. The latest batch of variant covers is bound to be divisive, but still a great marketing tactic for the House of Ideas.

I’m not sure what to make of the upcoming Ant-Man movie. Every time I go to the theater, they play a trailer for it, and I can’t decide if it looks like the lamest comic book flick ever or if it’s going to be cool.
