Fans of LEGO and The Avengers will be thrilled to see this brilliant mash-up of the Marvel superheroes with their minifig avatars. The poster features minifig versions of Iron Man, Thor, The Hulk, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Nick Fury.

Just in time for the weekend, comes the greatest video of the week by a long shot… adidasoriginals put together this super-deluxe clip mashing up scenes from the famous Cantina scene in Star Wars with celebrity appearances from everyone from Daft Punk to Noel Gallagher to Snoop Dogg.

The guys over at Worth 1000 recently ran a contest for the best mash-up between classical works of art and modern video games. The results… hysterical… The first place prize went to the God of War painting above, by David Owens.

What’s red, shiny, goes fast, and looks like a vehicular accident? The Pontiac Aztek, that’s what. I’d rather have the Snaefell, François Knorreck’s lovingly handcrafted car-motorcycle hybrid. It’s easier to think of it as a motorcycle with a car-like sidecar, because I don’t think that you can drive – or steer – with the car half.
