Most of us use a tape measure or ruler to measure things. It’s been that way for over a hundred years. Well, now a company called InstruMMents have unveiled a new dimensioning device that can replace the antiquated tape.
Pictures make it easy to record or compare visible properties such as shape and color. But they’re not the best way to figure out distances and measurements. Until now. Smart Picture Technologies is working on an app that will let mobile devices extract the measurements of and distances between objects just by taking a picture.

A new smart glass has been unveiled called Vessyl that will track how much caffeine you are taking in along with calories and your hydration level.
