Even though the game isn’t expected to be released until the 8th of November, there are some reports that discs have been stolen from a shipping warehouse in California and that they are making their way around the Internet and into homes as pirated discs.

Nintendo is having a hard time for the first time in 30-years – as it eyes its first annual loss. The net loss is estimated to be about $264 million for the year that will end in March.

HP has admitted defeat and officially closed down their Palm webOS retail stores in the US. This comes just after the company announced that they would stop selling their webOS based devices, and dropped the price of the HP TouchPad to a mere $100 (USD).

This is interesting, an analyst is claiming that his supply chain sources are telling him that the iPad 3 is already moving into production. The analyst in question is from Susquehanna Financial and is named Jeff Fidacaro.
