I spent many a summer day watching Bob Ross paint on PBS growing up. He made it look so easy and there were never mistakes, only happy little birds and happy little trees. I always figured Bob was high as a MF when he made his show.
I loved Mario Kart back in the day, but boy could the game piss me off. Getting nailed with a turtle shell and off the track waiting for a tow that seemed to take forever was a ticket to throw-the-controller-land.

Not content with making you make your own game, Nintendo now wants you to make your own wallpaper. Seriously though, the big N’s Super Mario Maker wallpaper editor is an excellent time waster.
The editor’s interface is almost the same as the eponymous Wii U hit, which is fortunate because as of this writing, the website appears to be in Japanese only.

This Game Boy concept from German designer Florian Renner is sleek and beautiful. It re-imagines the classic handheld Game Boy for the modern world. It’s called the “game boy up1”. I like it. Hell, I wish I could buy it.
