If and when you ever find yourself face to face with an attacker, a canister of pepper spray can help you fend off the bad guy and beat a hasty retreat. But just because you carry a can of pepper spray on your keychain doesn’t mean it needs to be ugly.

Phone cases are becoming quirkier and quirkier. This isn’t the first time that we’ve seen a pepper spray incorporated into the case (remember this one?). However, I think this different and newer variant called the Spraytect works and looks better.

iPhone cases are more than just cases these days. Some come with a project, some let you attach an extra battery on the back for your device, and some come with pepper spray to defend yourself.

Things can get crazy when you’re shopping for stuff on Black Friday. Sites crash, people wrestle each other for spots at the register, and some even think that it’s okay to pepper spray other shoppers to get ahead of the queue.

Most people hear the word “card” and associate it with business (business cards), with celebrations for special occasions (greetings cards), or with failing grades (report cards). Few will actually relate “card” to something as far-fetched as, let’s say, self-defense.
