Fans of the Metroid games will love this papercraft Samus Aran. The 6′-10″ tall model was created by Flickr user IAmThatOneGuy. Oh yeah, him. I know that guy. Believe it or not, this awesome Samus figure was made out of nothing but paper and glue.
Nintendo should partner with Namco Bandai and Flickr user/designer/future toy magnate Ty Lettau and make these model kits a reality. They could name it Ninpla. I only want 1% share of all your earnings in exchange for that name.
Oh, Samus. Even when you’re all sexed up in your Zero Suit, or Justin Baileyed into your bikini, you’re still supposed to be an icon of female strength and power (and just generally bad to the bone).
