We’ve featured a variety of awesome fan made replicas of weapons and armor from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. But not everyone’s as skilled or patient as those Cosplayborn. That’s where the specialty shop Folkenstal comes in.
Ever wondered how much money in video games and science fiction movies would be worth in our world? Well, thanks to the Intergalactic Exchange Bureau, you can now convert between a number of fictitious currencies.
Developed as a promotional stunt by Money in Advance, the Intergalactic Exchange Bureau can convert currencies from Star Wars, Star Trek, Skyrim, Fallout: New Vegas, Harry Potter, A Song of Ice and Fire and a couple of others.
Confession bear time: I’ve never played any Elder Scrolls game, mostly because I don’t enjoy open world games. Which means I don’t know how unusual the weapons in the series can get. Maybe there’s one made from balloons or whatever balloons are called in the games.
You might recall musician Diwa de Leon from his entertaining and amusing performances of the Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Galaxy music. Well, Diwa is back, and this time he’s formed a new musical group – the Mini Mario Orchestra.
It’s-a-me! Dovahkiin! This Skyrim mod adds the Mushroom Kingdom to the land of Tamriel and lets you pretend to be a character in a videogame who’s pretending to be a character from another videogame. It’s Super Skyrim Bros.!
I’m sure at some point we’ve all seen COPS on television. It never ceases to amaze me just how stupid people can be when they’re drunk or stoned. If you’ve ever wondered what all the guards in Skyrim do on a normal, daily basis when not taking arrows to the knee or fighting off dragons this is the video for you.
Bethesda did an amazing job with Skyrim, so no one could blame them for celebrating a little and decorating their offices. They have done just that, but maybe not in the way you expect. Bethesda had this full-scale Alduin’s Wall just lying around after it was used for E3, PAX, and the Skyrim launch party.
The quality of this Skyrim Alduin birthday cake is amazing. It barely even looks like a cake. It looks more like an awesome figure that you could buy. Vera from Baking Obsession made this cake for her son’s birthday, modeled it after a sculpture from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Collector’s Edition, to look just like Alduin the dragon.
So you’ve managed to replicate the replica weapons made by Harrison Krix aka Volpin Props. Time to defend yourself with some armor, particularly the Ancient Nord/Draugr Helmet from Skyrim. This replica is of the female version, but even if you’re a man that doesn’t really matter because look:
It seems like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has generated more than its share of memes in the short time it has been on the market. First it was the whole “I used to be an “xxxx” too, until I took an arrow to the knee.”
I’ve been playing countless hours of Skyrim. I’ve fought dragons, bandits, mages, bought a house and shouted at everyone, but I have yet to see a character like this female Dragonborn. Her armor rating may be a zero, but she looks like a perfect 10 in that get-up.
Skyrim does nearly everything right. Well, aside from its many glitches. One of the things that they really nailed is the sneak feature. It’s very easy to figure out if you have been seen sneaking around.
