Because who hasn’t dreamed of driving a giant shoe, New Balance has teamed up with Nissan to advertise its new 327 sneakers with the specially designed Nissan Kicks 327 Edition, an SUV all dressed up just like the shoe.

Because there’s a market for absolutely everything, including sneakers with detachable mullets, Volley of Australia is releasing the $85 Heritage High Mullet Edition, a sports sneaker with detachable Velcro mullets on the heel of each shoe.

Because questionable product collaborations come in all shapes and sizes, Nike and Swarovski have teamed up to produce these $450 crystal-accented Air Force Ones. Available in all black and all-white colorways, the sneakers are covered with Swarovski studded webbed panels, which are removable with an included Nike branded flathead screwdriver.

Because who plays video games without sneakers to match their console, Sony has teamed up with Nike and basketball player/lifelong Playstation fan Paul George to create a Playstation 5 inspired colorway for George’s PG5 basketball shoes.

Tying your shoes: what a hassle. You think you did it right but they always come untied or end up in knots. Well, now the team at YouTube channel Hacksmith Industries has created a pair of self-lacing shoes inspired by the Nike MAGs worn by Marty McFly in Back To The Future II.

Obviously, I must have them and will throw a temper-tantrum when they sell out before I can get my hands on, and feet into a pair.

Nike’s PG2 shoe was created in collaboration with Sony and is obviously inspired by the PlayStation. It is basketball player Paul George’s new signature shoe. George plays for the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder and is also an avid gamer.

So you’ve got the blue spiky hairdo, and you still can’t run as fast as Sonic. Clearly, what you need are his tennis shoes. These official Sonic the Hedgehog sneakers should do the trick quite nicely.
