Growing up, it would get really boring about 1.75 days into summer break, and I would be looking for anything to do. Since we lived in a rural area with literally nothing to do, that meant lots of daytime TV.
Did you know that about 150 miles south of Washington D.C., there’s an army of giant presidents just sitting there on somebody’s farm? Now you do. Apparently, these 20-foot-tall presidential busts were created for a defunct theme park, and now reside outside of Williamsburg, Virginia on a private farm.
Obvious pun is obvious, so I’ll stop there and let you look at the thing itself:
Kodykoala – who also made the Yoshi Mecha and Zombie Yoshi statues – used a vinyl Gutsman as well as “parts from random robots and things” to make this statue.
These unusual robots were featured on the oddly named Russian website Ribbon Comedy Eye Girls. For some reason, the title of the site makes me think of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.
Although these robots made from found objects don’t really function (other than maybe lighting up), they are intriguing.
