Accidents are bound to happen when you are trying to eat and drink while playing a game of Super Mario Bros., but at least this pint glass and coaster set will keep your furniture safe from your drink.

This video is sort of snapshot of a typical day for our Italian plumber friend Mario. On this day, he has to make his way through Tokyo, otherwise he will be late for a very important event.

Alain Wildgen converts scenes from old video games to 3D artworks by hand. For each game, Alain looks for a good screenshot online and prints that on paper. He then adds depth to the scene by cutting the print into several pieces and using foam rubber to raise some of the pieces above the others.

Times are tough for Nintendo. The Wii U is not selling very well. So maybe it is time to focus on old school games that don’t require a screen. Nintendo hasn’t ventured into the world of Connect 4 yet, so why not?

Etsy artist H2retrO has created a unique aquarium. This aquarium not only resides inside of a gumball machine, but it is also Super Mario themed. Or at least it’s got a couple of Mario figurines sitting inside it.

You don’t have to decorate the entire nursery in geek themes you know. Just a few touches here and there should be enough. In fact an adorable and nerdy mobile is all you need. It is a great way to teach your children about the characters you geek out over.

This video game inspired resume beats any resume that you have offered to potential employers. It is the work of designer Robby Leonardi, who wanted his C.V. to stand out from the crowd. He certainly accomplished that.

If you are going to make a Super Mario Bros. lamp, it definitely needs to have some pipes in it. And this lamp uses pipes very effectively, being made from black iron pipes with a candelabra lightbulb sticking out of one of them.
