When you hear the words “Microsoft Certified Professional” you probably either think of a white guy in his 30s or the fact that all that phrase really means is that the pro in question is certified to be able to properly install Windows and troubleshoot Windows installations.

Now I didn’t realize that anyone actually needed tech support on how to use Google, but this audio recording from somebody’s granny demanding removal of Google’s recent Pac-Man game is just too funny to ignore. I love the part where she says she needs to “turn her monitor on” in order to reproduce the problem.
