LEGO building sets based on the popular game Minecraft are nothing new. We have seen Minecraft themed sets come from LEGO in the past, including some sets sized for your minifigs. LEGO has now unveiled a new Minecraft set that is simply called the Crafting Box.

Forget cutesy LEGO games like Indiana Jones, I want LEGO DOOM. I loved DOOM on the PC, even though it scared the crap out of me regularly and made me jump like a child. I think DOOM is one of the most memorable of all the shooters I played back in the day.

One of the most famous of all Pokémon characters is Pikachu. He is a cute little yellow guy that followed Ash around in the cartoon that so many people grew up watching (and still watch today).

If you have played the Rayman: Raving Rabbids games, you might be familiar with these little insane bunny looking creatures. I always enjoyed the cut scenes with these little guys more than the games – so I was actually excited to see the new cartoon featuring them.

With the new Star Wars films coming, you can bet a slew of new toys to go along with that film are in the works too. Some of the toys will certainly be of new characters while others will be of the old characters we know and love.

If you love the Back to the Future movies, you will love this new model that has turned up from Hot Toys. This thing is more than a toy; it’s a gigantic collectable replica of the DeLorean time machine used in the movies.

Being a child of the ’80s, I am a huge fan of the cheesy ’80s action flicks like Robocop. A LEGO geek going by Polywen has created an articulated Batman action figure out of LEGO bricks, but the blocky nature of the action figure makes me think of a mashup of Batman and Robocop.

I’m not sure why, but my daughter has a thing for fish. The problem with fish is that I am the person who has to clean the tank and remember to feed them. The next time Sparkles the goldfish kicks the bucket, I plan to replace him with The Capsule.

LEGO fans get all tingly when Christmas time nears. Christmas is the perfect time to get all sorts of new building kits, and the holidays will be here before you know it. In the build up for holiday shopping, toys are released months before it’s cold and holiday-like in most parts of the world.

If you work in a cubicle with a bunch of other geeks, you probably get up to some shenanigans to keep yourselves sane. One guy recently went on a vacation for a week leaving his cubicle unprotected.

Guardians of the Galaxy is currently destroying the box office around the world. The flick is one of the biggest hits of the summer and when you combine a cool Marvel movie with LEGO, we get excited.

If you have never seen the animated movie Wall-E, you have missed out on a cute and touching animated flick. Wall-E is a robot left behind to clean the Earth after humanity has moved on to live in giant luxury spaceships.

Of all the movies hitting theaters this summer, the one I am looking forward to the most is Guardians of the Galaxy. Two of the more interesting creatures in the film are Rocket Raccoon and Groot.

I have seen all the Batman movies that have hit theaters over the years. Most of them were cheesy, but Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight series was fantastic. Batman had the coolest Batmobile ever with the Tumbler.

People hand me business cards all the time, and almost all of them end up in the trash shortly thereafter. If you want me to keep a card you hand me, it had better be awesome.

Portal 2 is one of those video games that was such a classic that gamers are still playing the title even though it’s a few years old now. If you are a fan of the game, you will want to get your wallet ready to buy one of these two action figures, or perhaps both.
