One of the wackiest platformers ever made, Earthworm Jim is back, and after gracing Wii gamers with his presence, he’s coming to both the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network with and updated version.
As I’m sure some of you will remember, Earthworm Jim first came out in 1994.
Pay attention Gears of War fans! It looks like we now know a bit more about what to expect from the next installment of Cliffy B.’s gaming masterwork.
Now we can’t say with 100% certainty that these rumors are true, but the guys over at GossipGamers tell us that an unnamed Russian gaming magazine leaked the following details about Gears of War 3:
Epic states that Gears of War 3 will end Marcus Fenix’s trilogy, but the series will continue in the forms of spin-offs, prequels, and even a new genre supposedly.
Last month, Xbox 360 users were finally given the option to transfer their user data to a flash drive. Note that you can use any flash drive for this purpose, but that won’t stop companies like SanDisk from releasing “official” Xbox 360 flash drives.
What you’re looking at is the millionth Xbox 360 to be sold in Australia and New Zealand, and it’s going to be auctioned off for charity.
The customized Xbox 360 was created by Richard Taylor and the Weta Workshop.
I only have a PS3 and two PS3 controllers, so storing or charging the controllers isn’t really a problem. But if you have a PS3 and an Xbox 360, you might want to get the Power Pyramid Supreme by Konnet.
It’s compatible with both PS3 and Xbox 360 controllers, and can charge up to 4 controllers at the same time – two PS3 and two Xbox 360 controllers.
You can order the Power Pyramid Supreme at Konnet for $55 (USD).
How funny would it be if this thing Red Rings? And then when the owner returns it to Microsoft for repairs, it comes back with the bling “cleaned off”.
Actually Microsoft owns this special Xbox. Microsoft Australia, to be exact.
Let’s say you’ve got an video game console sitting in your room, and already have a computer with its own monitor. Unless you’re fortunate enough to have a computer display with auxiliary video inputs, you’d need a second display for your console.
You’ve gotta hand it to the guys at Computer Choppers. They know how to coat gadgets in fancy metals. Today’s gold-plated electronic creation, the 24-karat Xbox 360.
Both the Xbox and its controller received the full golden dip, and would look great alongside your gold chains and gold grills.

I think we’ve all had our share of Xbox 360s go the way of the notorious Red Ring of Death. The same recently happened to Technabob reader Jasper Stevens, and he decided to do something about it instead of the traditional call Microsoft tech support; wait for cardboard coffin; wait for refurbished 360; pray it doesn’t RRoD again cycle.

Looking for a way to give your Xbox 360 a little extra pizazz? While I’ve seen plenty of colorful Xbox 360 case replacements, I can’t say that I’ve come across much in the way of hard drive color mods.
Project Natal is not scheduled to be released ’til later this year. Much later. Christmas later. But it seems Christmas came early for the super-powered citizens of Smallville, as Microsoft’s “Wii Killer” made a guest appearance on the latest episode of Smallville, “Warrior.”
Halfway into the episode, during a scene where Chloe Sullivan (the show’s proto-Lois Lane before Lois was introduced in season four) flexes some journalistic muscle and feminine wile to charm some answers out of Alec, Smallville’s latest super-powered showboater, the two take turns dancing erratically playing Natal’s Ricochet.
