That being said, we will need talented individuals to make access and reliability of virtual reality an approachable concept. Highly skilled developers who can build 3D worlds are going to be in high demand, with a field growth rate of around 22%.

A UX Designer works with a product’s or website’s appearance and then collaborates with designers to see how the end product will appeal to the consumer. These designers have a strong impact on business goal achievement and identify new areas of product improvement. Some experts believe regular jobs can translate to jobs in the Metaverse, such as event planning, designing, and avatar clothing design. This seems a bit of a stretch to me, but it is better to be prepared if the day comes when we all go virtual.
