The Ferrari Enzo was an amazing car, and Ferrari had to come up with something even more awesome to surpass it. Meet the Ferrari LaFerrari.
The Ferrari LaFerrari was unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and while its name is a bit odd, it is packed with technology to beat any car on the road. It features a 949 hp hybrid powertrain, which is supposed to produce breakneck acceleration. The power comes from a 789-hp 6.3-liter V12 engine mated with a 161-hp electric motor. This bad boy will rev up to 9,250 RPM and produce 664 lb-ft of torque, reaching a top speed of 217 miles per hour.
The LaFerrari is selling for about €1 million (~$1.3 million USD). But before you get out your checkbooks, Ferrari will produce only 499 models of this car, and there are already about 700 standing orders, meaning that this car has completely sold out.
