Trekkie CEO Builds USS Enterprise HQ for Software Company

 |  |  |  |  May 22, 2015

Check out the image here, no the USS Enterprise hasn’t landed to take in a soccer match. What you are seeing in the Google satellite image is the headquarters for a Chinese software firm called NetDragon. Apparently, the CEO is a big Star Trek fan so he had the company HQ built to look like the Enterprise.

I will say that it looks more like the Enterprise from the air than it does from ground level. On the ground, it almost looks like a normal building. Some drone footage shot late last year shows the building from a low-level aerial pass.

I hope that the CEO has his own ready room and a captain’s chair like the one Adam Savage recently built. Word is that the building has a T. Rex skeleton replica and slides to get you quickly from the third floor to the ground floor.
