This new digital watch out of China features a fully-functional mobile phone under the hood.

M300 Watch Phone

The M300 Watch Phone offers an unlocked quad-band GSM phone, which should work in most parts of the world. The watch has a built in speaker and microphone so you can talk directly into it. For better sound and call privacy, plug in the included earpiece. It’s also GPRS enabled for reasonably high-speed data access. The watch features a 1-inch color OLED screen, 60MB of internal memory, Bluetooth and USB connectivity. It’s also got an MP3 player built in so you can listen to your tunes on the go.

The M300 costs $305 and is available now from gadget importer Brando.

They are currently being removed from ebay and i4unews.com has let everyone know that they are illegal pirated fake copies of SMS Technology first M300 watches.

They dont make the M300 model anymore.The first set that were made were prototypes and was never released on consumer based market,brando made a pirated fake copy of these watches and is currently facing a major lawsuit from SMS Tech and the FCC for selling these watches in the USA off there website and EBAY.The watch that replaced it was the M500 that can be bought from http://www.mymobilewatch.com for about $850.00 U.S and can be seen on youtube at this address http://youtube.com/watch?v=uFqAIijQsDY
