leica monovid monocular: half-binoculars for half a grand

Leica’s products ooze with style and quality, and the Monovid 8×20 Monocular is no exception. At only 3.9-inches long, you can take the monocular with wherever you go, so you can get a better look at things both far away and up close. It’s fogproof and is submersible for up to 16.5 feet too, so you can even use it to check out chicks at the beach marine life. The maximum 8x magnification can even be used from as close as 9.8-inches away by using the included close-up lens attachment.

You can get the Leica Monovid 8×20 Monocular at B&H for $500 (USD). For half a grand, you’d better have something worth having a closer look at. Like chicks at the beach marine life.
