NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti Video Card Launches
January 25th, 2011
Today is one of the days that PC gamers really look forward to – the launch of a new video card. NVIDIA has lifted the veil of secrecy, and tossed the new GTX 560 Ti video card into the light. It’s been nice of late that the video cards NVIDIA has been offering are moderately priced.

The new GTX 560 Ti is a video card that has a MSRP of only $250 (USD). You may find some of the overclocked offerings that are more expensive than that though. The card is 33% faster than the previous generation cards according to NVIDIA. It also has overclocking headroom and claims to be 65% faster in tessellated video games on DirectX 11. It also supports NVIDIA 3D Vision and Surround technologies so you can watch 3D content or games spanning multiple displays.
The video card has 384 CUDA cores, 8 tessellation engines, and a core clock of 822MHz. The card is available right now and you can find it from many different card partners. The new card also supports SLI if you want a pair of them for better gaming performance.

Also released today is HD 6950… the comparison tests show that ATI’s card is as good if not better than new GTX. Any comment on that?
Another card released today XFX HD 6870 Black Edition (overclocked 6870) which is not as good as 560 but it costs less.
I have the link to the benchmark/comparison between the video cards and hint on how consumers will benefit in my blog myezweb.net

As long as the drivers of ATI Cards are crappy, they are junk for me no matter how fast they are. I checked a month ago on the newest drivers and same shit there, which existed the last years.
