Lost Bots Need Help to Find Their Way

A designer let loose 25 robots at various locations around central Stockholm. I’m not sure why exactly, but it is still a pretty cool premise. That would be a very cool way to advertise something, I know I would remember it.

Each of the bots had a sign that said, “Help! We are lost. Please lead us to the Voltfestival.” The bots could only move forward and had no way to find their way around, and rely on the goodness of strangers to help them get where they’re going. I know my kids would love to run across something like this.

The only way for them to get to their destination was by the help of other people. You can see the video of them wandering aimlessly above along with a video of how the bots were made below. Each one appears to have a toy car as their power source and they are seemingly made from trashcans.
