Looking for something truly different to add to your Star Wars collection? I’m reasonably certain you don’t have one of these carved wooden sculptures in your house yet. Each of these sculptures is handmade and a great way to stand up your smartphone when it’s charging.

You know, I never realy gave much thought to chainsaw art until I saw Griffon Ramsey doing her thing in the video below. It’s fascinating. Watch as Ramsey works her magic and creates a sculpture of Groot using several chainsaws and some Eastern Red Cedar wood.

You don’t need the folks from Jurassic Park to bring dinosaurs back to life. You just need Scott Dow of the Animalistic Chainsaw Carving Studio in Corry, Pennsylvania. He brought this one to life. And not with a petri dish and a beaker either.

This is one awesome Alien themed guitar. If Ripley ever put together a band, this is what the guitarist would play. It was created by Gig Goldstein and this carved guitar matches H.R. Giger’s original design very nicely.
