Every so often we come across something truly horrifying, like this series of illustrations from the twisted mind of artist Disse86. Seriously, we’re talking twisted like a pretzel. No, twisted like a factory full of pretzels all tangled together.

This R2-D2 Minion cake mashes up Star Wars and Despicable Me in the cutest way possible. Sadly, we don’t know who made this great cake, but I’m going to blame Jawas. Jawas who spend all day baking in their sandcrawler and selling their goods to moisture farmers.

If this security camera looks familiar to you, that’s because it’s designed to look like a Minion version of the Sith Lord. It was designed by Hyeonseok Kim, a Korean design student, and it looks pretty cool.

As computers become smaller, thinner and more mobile, casemodding seems to be a dying art. That’s too bad. I was hoping that more people trick out their smartphones, tablets and AIO PCs, but that doesn’t seem to be the case (pun intended.)

Everyone loves the Minions from Despicable Me. They will soften even the hardest of hearts. That must be why they are getting their own movie in 2014. For me, Despicable Me was a unexpectedly entertaining animated film. Perhaps it was because of Steve Carrell’s hilarious performance as Gru, or maybe it was his Raving Rabbids-esque army of minions. Either way, you won’t be able to resist this collection of amigurumi minions.
