To the people who keep on saying that the PSP’s biggest problem is that it doesn’t have a 2nd analog stick, screw you. This is the PSP’s biggest problem in action: copies of Harmonix’ Rock Band Unplugged for the Playstation Portable are already up in torrent sites, nearly 3 weeks before the June 9 release date.

The guitar controllers that come with Guitar Hero or Rock Band games are made of plastic and have a cheap feel. Then again they were probably made like that so you – and your kids – can jump around with it with ease.

It sounded like something from a Penny Arcade panel, but in reality, it’s the newest Rock Band game: LEGO Rock Band, complete with minifig musicians with blocky little instruments. The toyed-up version is due this holiday season, not long after The Beatles: Rock Band.

Mods and hacks aren’t always about looking good; often the more clever and crafty individuals among us will bend their minds to  making something more versatile in order to fill a need. In this case, a wheelchair-bound Guitar Hero enthusiast needed to find a way to circumvent the kick pedal on the World Tour drum set.

Wii gamers rejoice! It was only a matter of time before it happened. EA has gone on record to say that the insanely popular Rock Band franchise is on its way to Nintendo’s great white console.

Electronic Arts has started to circulate a list of 30 tracks that are currently on the playlist for their upcoming multiplayer music game Rock Band. The list includes a number of classic rock tracks, but also offers up some great alternative and more edgy tunes.
