I love Bravely Default. It’s one of the best RPGs I’ve played in a long time. I had so much fun playing it that I made a mini-guide for a certain part of the game. So I headed to GameFAQs, and while I was figuring out how to write my guide I came upon this neat Easter Egg for the game.

Fashionably Geek reader Kevin Pacheco had Konami’s transcendent cheat code tattooed on his arm. Apparently the images of the buttons and directional pads are the same size as the ones on the NES controller.

Is this yet another take on one of the oldest and most played out memes? Yes it is. Does it matter? Not really. Besides, it’s not a simple Photoshop of the original poster. Dann Matthews did a fantastic job in this print.

There’s something unique about this unassuming looking NES controller – and no, it’s not that it’s a flash drive. Gaming peripherals turned storage devices are a dime a dozen, but this flash drive requires a secret activation code.
