We’ve seen all kinds of game controller plushies, but I think this is the first time I’ve seen one that can actually be used to play video games. Adafruit’s Becky Stern built the soft controller using their Flora Arduino-compatible platform and some conductive thread and fabric.

Your father wanted you to have this. It is the true weapon of a Jedi knight. Well… not the true weapon, those are dangerous. This one is soft. You are just an infant after all. You have a long way to go before you can wield a real lightsaber, my tiny padawan.

Funko just made their chibi-style collectibles a thousand times cuter with their upcoming collection of plush figurines called Fabrikations. The first batch will consist of six figurines, featuring Batman, Yoda, Boba Fett, Greedo, Deadpool and Harley Quinn.

ThinkGeek is blackmailing kindhearted people with its blobfish plush. What’s a blobfish? This poor creature was voted the world’s ugliest animal. To make things even more insulting, blobfish are endangered animals and don’t look hideous when in their natural habitat, thousands of feet underwater.

This plush Star Wars Bantha is much better quality than the others that you can buy online – and he’s big too. This guy measures 15 1/2″ tall X 21″ long X 19″ wide. And he looks more authentic than others too.

I’m a sucker for anything related to classic arcade video games. If I only had all of those quarters back (and invested them wisely,) I would be a very rich man. Regardless, I figure I’m pretty rich thanks to all of the fun times I had playing them.

This giant Cthulhu plush toy is great for so many things. It’s decorative of course, can be used as a kids seat, a giant pillow with arms that wrap around you, and even crib decor as seen here.

On one hand, many of the fans of the original Doom games are too old to be playing with plushies. On the other hand, some kids might be find these toys too freaky. So really, these are for teenagers who may or may not have played Doom.

It started out as a joke, but Shark Pony and the Glitter Riders sounds like a pretty amusing concept for a comic if you ask me. And while the comic itself looks hilarious, this plush creation by RoboShark that goes with it is what really caught my eye.

These are the most malicious plushies you’ll ever see. They’re the Computer Virus Dolls and they might rub you off the wrong way, especially if you’re into IT and have to deal with problems that are caused by them on a daily basis.

I haven’t played The Last of Us yet – RIP, PS3, you served me well! – but from what I’ve heard about it anyone who’s played the game needs a massive dose of sunshine and rainbows afterwards.

The release of Pokémon X and Y is still about three months away. But because we live in the age of pre-orders, Banpresto is already dangling plushies of the game’s starter monsters to fans. You don’t have to choose between Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie either, because you can order them as a set.
