Own Your Own Lifesize M3GAN Android Doll

He's disassembled countless appliances and managed to put a few back together, and one still works. When not writing, he can often be found playing video games or accidentally hurting himself in the garage.

Because who wouldn’t want a creepy lifesize doll hanging around their home to terrify guests (and themselves), the National Entertainment Collectibles Association (NECA) has created a faithful 1:1 replica of the killer android doll from the horror movie M3GAN. She’s available for pre-order now for the surprisingly reasonable price of $495. But do they offer quantity discounts? Because I need one for every room, and two for the guest room (one for each side of the bed).

The doll was built using film-used digital files of M3GAN (Model 3 Generative Android) to make it as screen-realistic as possible. She stands approximately 55″ tall with an articulated inner armature, making her fully posable. Now, if she was just motorized to turn her head randomly and blink.

M3GAN includes movable eyes and synthetic hair matched to screen-used hair samples. Her clothing is made from film-used patterns and includes a dress with inner lining, two striped sleeves, a bowtie, underwear, tights, and shoes. The fabric material of her dress matches an exact swatch of the dress from the movie, and her shoes are customized with details from the screen-used shoes.

Am I going to pose one in the foyer like a butler to greet me when I get home? Absolutely. Is it going to scare me every time I walk in the door? There’s no question. Especially knowing my wife, who will probably repose her while I’m gone, then swear she didn’t touch it. But she has a knife!
