Retro Arcade Rugs Really Tie A Game Room Together

With over 17 years of writing experience, Jonathan has had a passion for all things tech-related, ever since watching Inspector Gadget as a child. He's disassembled countless appliances and managed to put a few back together, and one still works. When not writing, he can often be found playing video games or accidentally hurting himself in the garage.

Manufactured by retro gaming accessory company Dreaming Alien, this line of game room rugs will bring a touch of nostalgia to any room in your house. Ideally, your game room. Do you own any pinball machines? And if so, can I come over and play?

The rugs are available in various retro neon-colored patterns and sizes, including 2′ x 3′, 3′ x 5′, 4′ x 6′, 5′ x 7′, and a very large 8′ x 10′. Prices start at $55 for the 2′ x 3′ but climb to $368 for the 8′ x 10′. I wonder if Chuck E. Cheese will just let me have some of their old carpets when they undergo renovations.

I can’t recall the pattern on the carpet of the mall arcade (Time Out) I went to growing up, but I bet it looked a lot like one of these, except way dirtier. I just remember it being the sort of carpet you weren’t thrilled about picking up a dropped quarter from.
