Space, the Final Frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its five year mission, to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new teeth, to boldly go where no spoon has gone before. Nope, that’s not right. But it is exactly what you’ll get if you buy this Star Trek feeding system for your tot.
This whimsical set come with a Trek-themed bib, and you’ll be feeding your baby with a spoon that looks just like the original Enterprise. Both the apron and spoon’s warp nacelles feature blinking LEDs, to occupy your babe’s mind with dreams of intergalactic exploration, while transporting some pureed peas and carrots to his or her diaper.
Now, I don’t quite get the point of calling a spoon and a bib a “feeding system,” but it does make it sound more technologically-advanced. And while I don’t recall the original Enterprise having a spoon-docking bay in front, it’s actually not a bad idea in case the crew gets hungry exploring space.
