If you take anything and tell me it uses laser beams, you have my attention. MIT has a very cool new camera that they’ve been working on it uses lasers to allow it to take photos of what’s going on around the corner.
This tiny camera may fit in the palm of your hand, but it looks like a little DSLR, and claims to shoot images at 12 megapixel resolution. Loosely translated the name of this digital camera is the “Kun” One-Eye.

The new Pentax K-01 was designed by Marc Newson, and it definitely has a different look from ordinary cameras.
