A group of churchgoers in Västerås, Sweden made a LEGO statue of Jesus Christ. According to the statue’s official blog, 10% of the surface blocks and all of the interior blocks were donated. The blog also has a slide show of the construction if you’re interested; you’ll be surprised at how full the statue is inside.

Gearfuse spotted this mind-blowingly detailed cake, featuring a budding Zerg base from the money printing military sci-fi RTS Starcraft. Everything you can expect from a Zerg base a minute into the game is there – mineral nodes,a gas geyser, a hatchery, drones, and a couple of larvae, all on top of a crunchy creep-like (we hope) crust.

Casio’s limited edition calculator watch is so nerdy it should be a character in The Big Bang Theory. I love the new Gamespy. Who else loves the new Gamespy! Before they were just another video game site, with previews, reviews, and tons of ads, except that they had Flintlocke. But now they have so much more to offer.

The Design Inspiration cobbled together 45 artworks depicting the ever-popular Mario and his brother Luigi. All of them are pretty fun to look at: Some of them took the pair back to their earlier looks, others channeled cartoons, while some, like Anthony Jones, decided to go with a more mature style.
