These battery-operated LED lighting fixtures are perfect for the upcoming barbecue season. They look great on a picnic table or on a deck, bringing a bit of modern sensibility to the outdoors.

The oddly-named Havaleena light from Tayo Design Studio is a 20-inch tall tube with a brushed-aluminum finish and an acrylic frosted light diffuser at the top. Each fixture uses a 1-watt white LED and comes with a set of four filters (white, orange, green and violet) which let you mix-and-match your own colors. Additional filter sets are available in other colors as well. Each light will run for about 20 hours on a set of three AA Batteries.
Individual Havaleena fixtures retail for $59 each, but I prefer the Havaleena Bouquet, which comes with three lights for $149. Also available is a 5-foot tall torch light kit for $95 which lets you stake an individual lamp into the ground.
