Nerd Purity Test: Will You be Proud if You Get a High Score?
April 8th, 2010
The Armory has a 100-item Nerd Purity Test with questions ranging from reasonable (Have you ever programmed a computer?) to absurd (Do you know the Latin name for the fruit fly?) to just plain hilarious (Is your weight less than your IQ?).

I think I’m slightly ashamed to admit that I failed the test. Horribly. It has been empirically proven that I am only 30% nerd.
Do you have a Rubik’s Cube? Can you solve it? Without the book? Without looking?. Take the test and let’s see if you’re nerdier than I am.

What on Earth does ‘is your weight less than your IQ’ mean? What units should I use? (I ticked yes because I weigh 80 kg and my IQ is at least 100. I suspect that it meant in lb, but if you’re not going to specify the units I’ll just use my local ones.)
Man, you guys are nerdier than I am! But I suspected as much.
@Anna: I think we should go with lbs, since it’s an American-made test.:D
