LEGO has just released an official iPhone App. Is it as cool as you think it will be? Maybe, maybe not. There’s just something about LEGOs that is completely timeless. Even though it’s been years since I used the bricks, I still love anything that’s connected to them.

Looking for a unique dock for your iPod? You might want to check out Speaker Bot, a dock that looks like a retro 1950s robot. The 18.5″ tall Speaker Bot is an “assemblage robot”, or in layperson’s speak, a robot made from old junk.

One rich & lucky bastard is about to get his hands on one of Ben Heck’s PS3 Slim laptops, because it’s up for grabs on eBay right now. Yes, that’s right, don’t read the rest of this post.

It’s not even 2010 but I already know what I want for next year’s Christmas. Modder/genius/my new Santa Claus techknott – a disciple of no other than master modician Ben Heck – recently unveiled one of the most awesome pieces of hardware I have ever seen: a PS3 wireless visual interface (WVI).

From the warped minds at Swing Swing Submarine comes this insanely frustrating Flash game that gets its inspiration by combining the worlds of Tetris and Super Mario Bros. The gameplay of Tuper Tario Tros. starts out just like SMB, but as you start to proceed across the platforms, you quickly find out that the Mushroom Kingdom is largely impassable due to the configuration of blocks in your way.

This LEGO replica of a rebel frigate from Star Wars is an impressive 4 -feet, 6-inches long. I don’t know exactly how long it took or how many LEGO bricks were used, but it sure looks amazing.

Remember that possible football controller?  The kind-of-silly one? Yeah, well, there’s a new rumor all about the possible ball add-on, but this time we’re throwing Electronic Arts into the mix.  Word is that they may have an all new fitness trainer in the works… but instead of aerobics and all, this one?

ThinkGeek’s new Motherboard Ruler is perfect for science geeks, computer nerds and math dweebs who need to measure stuff. Each one is made from a sliver of recycled green circuit board, probably from your old laptop that died.

This new interactive video game is aimed at kids and involves stuffing your Wii-mote down a plush animal’s throat! Fun! Actually, he kind of swallows it and the toy comes with the game. The game uses the stuffed animal as the game’s controller.

Made by Taiwanese furniture designer Chishen Chiu, the Flexiblelove line of recycled wood and cardboard furniture stretches and bends so that you can use it to seat one person… …or a whole group. In fact the flexiblelove 8, as its name implies, can fit up to 8 people, while the flexiblelove 16 can accommodate up to 16 people!

Instead of giving your loved one a pair of expensive earrings, save up for JVC’s HA-FX700 in-ear monitors. The headphones are encased in a birch housing and according to CrunchGear‘s Serkan Toto, will be priced at $330 (USD) when they’re released in February 2010 (the press release says May though), so you’re getting an expensive accessory and a pair of earphones in one.

This has got to be one of the ultimate car simulators out there. Naturally, all this awesomeness doesn’t come cheap, but hey, it’s the best! You’ll spend $191,000 (USD) on this device, which is more than quite a few supercars.

This is actually serious. This is a teeny, tiny, flying robot that looks like a hummingbird. It naturally comes from Japan and wants to save your life, and a whole other bunch of stuff as well.
