I’m sure a lot of cosplayers out there would take a repulsor blast in the face to have a slick Iron Man or War Machine costume. While not impossible, building the full costume takes an insane amount of talent, time and materials. Why not settle with a replica of the arc reactor? Not only is it much easier to make, it also has the added benefit of not making you look like as much of a dork when you’re wearing it.
Check out this instructable by Honus to learn how to build your own arc reactor. Unfortunately it’s not a replica of the latest model of the arc reactor, but it still looks very cool.
