Soul Party in a Box Music P910 Player: The Luxury Boombox

Soul Party in a Box Music P910 Player: The Luxury Boombox
There are many products which have been sold as a “party in a box,” but I’ve never heard the term applied to a music player. This audio player is named thusly because it’s completely self-contained, and aims to be the life of your next party – hopefully waking up your neighbors very late at night.

Cirrus Sofa Lets You Take a Walk (and Even Sleep) Among the Clouds

Cirrus Sofa Lets You Take a Walk (and Even Sleep) Among the Clouds
After seeing Aladdin whisk Jasmine off to the clouds and around the world on his magic carpet, I’ve always wondered what it would feel like to hold puffs of clouds in my hands. Not that you’d be able to really hold onto them, since they’re essentially just water vapor with particulate matter and dust, but anyway… Designer Lubo Majer took things a little further with Cirrus, a cloud-themed set of furniture that lets you lay down not on a bed of roses, but on a bed of clouds.

May the Fez Be with You T-Shirt: A Long Time Ago in a TARDIS Far, Far Away

May the Fez Be with You T-Shirt: A Long Time Ago in a TARDIS Far, Far Away
May the Force, ah, Fez, be with you. This awesome shirt takes the worlds of Doctor Who and Star Wars and mashes them up into timey-wimey awesomeness. I always thought that the Sonic Screwdriver could be turned into a lightsaber with some minor modifications.

Google Maps Icons IRL Are Really Birdhouses

Google Maps Icons IRL Are Really Birdhouses
If you live in the area where Taiwanese artist Shu-Chun Hsiao set up his latest project, then you might be wondering why various locations have real and physical Google’s Maps icons plastered prominently on their walls or doors.

Twelve South Surface Pad iPhone Case: Sticks to Your Phone, No Joke!

Twelve South Surface Pad iPhone Case: Sticks to Your Phone, No Joke!
iPhone cases are necessary in order to ensure that your precious iPhone doesn’t all scratched up. I’ve had a couple of friends who weren’t using any cases end up with a completely scratched up iPhone. While Twelve South’s earlier BookBook case had an interesting look to it – it was a bit thick for practical use.

HTC M7 Smartphone to Get an “Ultrapixel” Camera Sensor?

HTC M7 Smartphone to Get an “Ultrapixel” Camera Sensor?
In the smartphone world it seems like one of the things that manufacturers are always one upping each other on is the number of megapixels in the smartphone camera. HTC is looking to set itself apart from the pack by ditching megapixels and going with a sensor promising something the company is calling “Ultrapixels.” The new HTC M7 smartphone is rumored to use an image sensor offering said Ultrapixel capability.

POOP Lamps Aren’t Crappy at All

POOP Lamps Aren’t Crappy at All
I’ve seen some unusual lamps in my time, but I have to say this is the first time I’ve ever seen a lamp that’s designed to look like a dollop of poo. Yep, in this world of crazy, crowdsourced ideas, we officially have they quirkiest product to turn up on Quirky yet.

28-Foot Long Fourth Doctor Who Scarf: Is It Long Enough?

28-Foot Long Fourth Doctor Who Scarf: Is It Long Enough?
Like many of you out there, my favorite Doctor Who is the fourth one, who was played by Tom Baker. He’s quintessentially the Doctor Who for me, because I used to watch him as a kid on PBS.

SoloShot Lets You Be Your Own Cameraman (or Woman)

SoloShot Lets You Be Your Own Cameraman (or Woman)
There’s a reason why some people find that they sing better in the shower than they do in public: they can only perform when they’re all by themselves. So if you’re trying to record something for school, for an audition, or for posterity’s sake but can’t seem to perform to your full potential in front of someone else – or you just don’t have any friends around – then you might want to look into the SoloShot.

Senseless Drawing Bot 2: Even More Senseless Than Before

Senseless Drawing Bot 2: Even More Senseless Than Before
Graffiti can be cool, at least when its done with artful purpose. With robots all over the place, it was only a matter of time before someone tried to make a robot that drew graffiti. The original Senseless Drawing Bot was great, but this one is even better.

Drones to Monitor Highways and Hand out Speeding Tickets (NOT)

Drones to Monitor Highways and Hand out Speeding Tickets (NOT)
Personally, I hate speed cameras, especially the new mobile ones that are hard to spot. Now, can you imagine drones flying all over the place and handing out speeding tickets if you go over the limit?

Just Roll with It: Fujifilm Beat Diaphragm Speakers Curl up and Roll into Themselves

Just Roll with It: Fujifilm Beat Diaphragm Speakers Curl up and Roll into Themselves
Speakers now come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, so it’s quite a feat when someone announces that they’ve developed a speaker that no one else has thought to make before (except maybe these guys).

Knitted Claptrap: 96.5% More Yarn Yarn

Knitted Claptrap: 96.5% More Yarn Yarn
Greetings, traveler! Self-professed yarn- and knitaholic Morrgan made this adorable knitted replica of one of the funniest videogame characters ever conceived, CL4P-TP aka Claptrap. I’m sure the robot would love to have this toy to keep him company and listen to his endless rambling.

Iron Man Arc Reactor Pocket Watch: If He Only Had a Heart

Iron Man Arc Reactor Pocket Watch: If He Only Had a Heart
If Tony Stark had been born a century or two earlier,  he would have probably skipped the high-tech Arc Reactor and gone with something more like the Tin Woodsman had – a pocket watch heart. This is what that watch would look like.

Surgeon Simulator Lets You Clumsily Try Your Hand at Open Heart Surgery

Surgeon Simulator Lets You Clumsily Try Your Hand at Open Heart Surgery
You know how the hero in the movie that you’re watching suddenly takes over the controls of the plane or helicopter, right before it crashes into the ground or something, and manages to fly it well because he or she played flight simulation games on the PC or on some other platform?

The Empire Strikes Small: Mini AT-ST Popsicle Stick Models

The Empire Strikes Small: Mini AT-ST Popsicle Stick Models
We would all love to have full sized AT-ST models guarding our front yards (or at least for our cats), but sadly that is beyond reach for most of us. At least you can make some mini AT-ST models from popsicle sticks.
