Jwall originally made the armor for his cat Bobo, but he wants all cats to be adequately protected so he’s shared his 3D files on Thingiverse. The armor has a slot for a leash as well as key ring for a name tag. Jwall says he added lots of spikes to the armor because Bobo’s fur has spiky tufts.
As he mentioned in the video, Jwall is asking for designs for a matching cat helmet. The designer of the helmet he picks will win a copy of the cat armor as well as a 3D print of their winning helmet design. Check out Jwall’s website for his contact details.
