Last week, Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima shared images of the iDroid case via Twitter. It makes the iPhone 5 and 5S look like the eponymous cutting edge walkie-talkie used by Big Boss in Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.

The very talented case modder Javier Riquelme customized several PlayStation 3 consoles for Sony, who in turn gave them as gifts to its partner developers and publishers. With the exception of what seems to be Javier’s trademark flourish, each console looks radically different and suited to its theme.

Revoltech recently released this 25th Anniversary action figure of Naked Snake aka Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. It comes with a lot of props, but the plainest of its props is also the best one: a cardboard box.

It seems that the Snakes of MGS: Peace Walker are taking a cue from their Assassin predecessors. Top video game producers Hideo Kojima and Patrice Desilets contracted hay fever while making this trailer for the upcoming PSP game, so you better watch this until the very end.

If there’s one thing that keeps Snake’s philosophical super spy saga fresh, it’s the gadgets. The upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP is no different. Kotakuite Crimsondramon shared a link to a recently posted gameplay video that shows a bunch of weird yet practical gadgets that will aid Snake (and the other Snakes) in his latest adventure. Some of the gadgets include a reverse parachute thingy that can be used to rescue or abduct people.
